All of this was, of course, before the family transitioned into the romantic adventure of making rum.In a quest to find the ideal balance of flavours, Master Blender Giraldo Mituoka has steeped sun-dried bananas in fine aged rum, thus harnessing the intensity of the fruit whilst preserving the integrity of the spirit.Due to the use of natural ingredients sediments are expected.
